LAYOUT OF SHOP
We are located in ct building onj the Terrace level. We occupy approxametly -----sq ft made up of 5 adjoining rooms.
The far back room has 4 work benches and houses some hand tools and wood clamps. That is also where you will find a variety of screws and nails. The proceeding room house most of the floor and Bench power tools as well as two assigned work benches.
The inner room houses Our CNC Power Router, a drill Press the power Joiner and a couple of bench sanders as well as our Lathes. We also store our hand power operated equipment eg hand sanders, drills etc.
Along the east wall you will see a peg board containing more hand tools, and Along the south wall is where most of the material is stored. This material is available for all members use unless otherwise marked.
The racks on west wall next to the small Lathe contain materials that belong to indiviuals or ????????
Just off this room is our paint room where all toys and othe projects are finished. You will see a variety of paints, both aerosol and paint cans, in various colors. This paint is for any members use. On the East wall is the table used for objects being spray painted. There is an exhaust fan above the table which operates noff a timer. Please activate when spraying anything. Cleaning materials ,paint thinners etc are stored in the yellow safe looking unit located under the bench on the west wall.
